Return & Refund Policy
Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of Vastu products, we maintain the following policy:
No Return on Used Products. Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, energized Vastu products, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please share unboxing videos/photos within 48 hours of delivery for us to assist with a replacement or refund.
